Strong, creamy, full-bodied, versatile, forgiving.
This is NOT coffee. It's a pressure-sealed can of ground AMAZING. And what I mean by forgiving is this: Some coffees have a very narrow range of "goodness." If the grind isn't perfect, if the steep isn't exact, if the
water:coffee ratio isn't measured in a chemistry lab, then the coffee tastes like tannin-laced crap. Not LavAzza espresso. I primarily use an Aeropress, and I don't even measure with this, just dump it in and it's always great. Also does well in a Moka pot, same flavors, just more bold and creamy. STARBUCK'S FANS: If your palate is trained for super-roasted blends, you probably won't like this. Do not confuse strong to mean burnt. This is a great flavorful coffee with a MYRIAD of notes, but tastes nothing similar to any Starbucks blend I've had, and I've tried them all.
